We got word that the Kindle (Mobi) version of the E-book cannot be transferred to Kindle devices either via email or the Kindle app because the file is over Amazon's 50 MB limit. It seems our person responsible for getting all the digital assets prepared forgot to test this out before loading up the files.
That was me. So, by "we," I mean "I" goofed.
But fear not, I have a smaller Kindle file loaded in BackerKit and am about to do another email distribution with those codes. Please disregard the original, and I apologize for the flood of emails from us today.
In the meantime, the PDF and iBooks (EPUB) files are fine.
Also, if you got multiple emails or links to download the STEAM Guidebook, which did happen for a few folks, you can disregard the duplicates. Any link should work.
Apologies for the confusion, and thanks for your patience!

Happy Monday everyone!
We had a great time at our book launch party at the Round Rock Library, and were humbled by and grateful for everyone who showed up to support us, grab their books and celebrate this project. It was nice to take a moment, look around and reflect on everything that you all helped us accomplish.
Of course, we're far from done, and I wanted to send a quick note to let you all know that we're going to start shipping the rest of the rewards out today, and plan to get everything in the mail over the next few weeks. Once your rewards have shipped, you can expect an email from BackerKit with tracking information.
In parallel, we'll be fulfilling digital rewards this week. If you're expecting an E-Book, or the STEAM Guidebook as a part of your STEAM Kit pledge, keep an eye out for a download link for those later this week.
Finally, if you added T-Shirts or other swag to your order in BackerKit, we'll be sending redemption codes for those items via email as well.
It's exciting to be this close to fulfilling all your pledges, and we can't wait to hear what you think about the book once you have it in your hands!

Hi everyone!
We hope you've all had a great holiday season and are settling-in to celebrate the new year with friends, family, and loved ones!
Here at Carrot Pants HQ, we got the best Christmas present a Kickstarter campaign can hope for: A complete, on-time and intact shipment!
The books look (and feel) great! We're extremely pleased with the final result and cannot wait to get them into your hands!
Update your address!
Now that we have the books, we can get everything together--including stickers and STEAM Kits--and send them your way soon. We expect to ship everything out the week of January 14th, which means we need to lock-down addresses in BackerKit. If you're address has changed or will change by mid-January please find your BackerKit survey link and update your address no later than January 6th. We'll lock down addresses on the 7th.

Hello everyone!
We're excited to announce that we'll be hosting a launch party for Ed Gets His Power Back for those in the Austin, TX area on January 13th, from 4:30 to 6:00 pm at the Round Rock Public Library.
And if you're not in the Austin area, we have good news for you too! We'll be shipping your rewards out the following week (January 15th), meaning that they'll be in your hands by the end of January or early February. We'll share specific dates and tracking numbers as we get closer, but we're excited to be ahead of schedule with getting rewards in your hands!
Finally, I thought I'd leave you all with a picture of the STEAM kit QA setup here at Carrot Pants HQ! Sticker packs are done, and now its time to put some electronics in bags! Keep an eye out for some video of testing and packing in action, soon.

It's time for some more production updates!

If you have friends who missed out on the campaign and want the book, they can pre-order the book, stickers or kits from here.
Printing and binding are complete!
That's right, since we last messaged you, the books have been printed and bound, and they look fantastic. Here are a couple of images, as well as a short video of the machine that presses the spine after binding is complete.
The books are being boxed-up right now and we expect them to head towards us next week, putting them in Austin by the end of December!
Here at Carrot Pants HQ, we've continued to work on fulfilling sticker packs and STEAM kits, which typically means Sarah and Brandon stuffing bags in the evenings while watching Stranger Things. We expect to get all of these done throughout December so we can start shipping the books and kits your way in early January!
